Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our wigs. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for eligible returns.
• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
• Condition of Return: Wigs must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit only.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.
• Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so by returning it for store credit and placing a new order.
